Fasten Tracker™ Lanyard Attachment Monitoring System

The Fasten Tracker™ LAM system is available to the Non-Insulated Aerial Lift Industry, including Telecommunications, Sign and Lighting Fleets, etc. in three models. Which allows you to purchase the system that best suits your company's needs. This economical solution can be implemented on the smallest of fleets up to fleets with thousands of aerial lifts. With a proactive discount pricing as the fleet size increases.

Basic Model (BM)

The Fasten Tracker's Basic Model (BM) verifies that the safety lanyard is attached to the aerial lift anchor point. If the lift operator attempts to go up and is not connected to the anchor point, a repeated audible alarm will sound to notify the lift operator that they are not attached. This basic model is simple yet highly effective reminder warning and does not collect any lift event data. Many falls from aerial lifts are by operators who were wearing a safety harness but had accidentally forgotten to attach to the anchor point.

Violation Data Model (VD)

The next product in the Fasten Tracker™ product line up is the Violation Data Model (VD). This unit contains the audible alarm features of the Basic Model and also includes patented OEM Data Delivery collection and memorialization of violations of safety lanyard attachment requirements. If the operator activates the lift up switch without being attached to the lift anchor point6, the audible alarm will sound, and the violation will be recorded with a Date/Time stamp. This violation will be available for review by the manager via Bluetooth or telematics to a laptop computer, and/or cell phone as desired.

Full Lift Data Model (FLD)

The Full Lift Data (FLD) model contains all of the features of the Basic and Violation Data models and increases its feature set to include production time verification in hours and minutes aloft. Full lift data will allow managers to know how often and for how long a lift is being used. Allowing for better management of lift maintenance, and better employee utilization.

OSHA Top 10 Violations in 2017

Even well-trained operators will sometimes forget to attach their safety lanyard. So, as a result, some will suffer the consequences of a devastating fall. Year after year fall protection tops the OSHA list of citations issued and fines imposed. OSHA's penalty for a single serious violation has increased to $12,934. With a repeat violation of ten times that amount.

Designed with Over 40 Years Experience

OEM Data Delivery is a division of OEM Controls, Inc.  OEM Data Delivery is a technology, design and manufacturing company specializing in rugged, custom and wireless data delivery and management systems for the off-highway market. We successfully implement solutions for companies that are frustrated with their remote equipment monitoring, fuel spoilage lost tax rebates, or expensive, untrustworthy data. We substantially improve our customers’ ability to track, capture and deliver key equipment data, while slashing their staff’s time spent on paperwork.

It Takes More than Just Wearing a Safety Harness

To be effective, a safety harness must be utilized at all times. Even the most skilled lift operator can forget to attach their safety harness. Many who fall are wearing their safety harness, but are unattached. Why leave your employees safety to fate, when there is a solution that will remind them to attach on those occasions when their mind is elsewhere, and they forget.
